Single-chip RF transceiver intended for applications in the 2.4-GHz ISM band. The complete transceiver comes in a QFN32 package and includes an image rejection mixer, a low IF filter, an FM demodulator, and RSSI. Also included is a TX preamplifier, a power-ramping generator for the external power amplifier, an integrated synthesizer, and a fully integrated VCO and TX filter. No mechanical adjustment is necessary in production. The RF transceiver includes an on-chip clock recovery function.
