DESCRIPTION
The RTC5602 is a low noise amplifier to operate at 2.4~2.5GHz and normally operates at 3.3V supply voltage with 12mA current consumption. Typically, it delivers 14dB gain while giving low noise figure 0.9dB. The high linearity of 3dBm IP1dB and low noise figure makes it ideal to be the 1st stage of LNA for WiMax and WLAN (802.11b/g) application. To reduce the current consumption, the device can be bypassed during high input power. The device is packaged in a tiny 6L VSON 2.0x1.3x0.6mm.
