DESCRIPTION The RTC6686 silicon-germanium (SiGe) low noise amplifier (LNA) is designed to operate in 2.4GHz ISM band, compatible with 802.11b/g wireless LAN system. The low noise amplifier provides low noise, high gain, and low current consumption operation. Across the frequency band, the LNA provides 15dB gain and 1.5dB noise figure.
The device is packaged in a tiny industry-standard 8-lead surface mount package SLP 8 pin 2mm x 2mm.
