CX77112 PA is a small and efficient surface mount module for PCS and WLL applications with full coverage of the 1850–1910 MHz bandwidth. It meets the stringent spectral linearity requirements of CDMA / PCS transmission, with high power added efficiency up to power output of 29 dBm. The single GaAs MMIC contains all active circuitry, on-board bias circuitry, and input and interstage matching circuits. Typical “off” leakage is a few microamperes with full primary voltage supplied from the battery. See Data Sheet below for more details.
