SKY77149 System Smart? PAM, a fully matched module for CDMA / PCS applications, meets stringent spectral linearity requirements of CDMA PCS and maintains high PAE for power output up to 28 dBm. A single GaAs MMIC contains all on-board bias circuitry and input and interstage matching circuits. Output match, realized off-chip within the module package, optimizes efficiency and power performance. Skyworks' GaAs HBT process provides all positive voltage DC supply operation and maintains high efficiency and good linearity. See Product Summary below for more detail.
