The PE426151 is a HaRP?-enhanced SP10T RF Switch developed on the UltraCMOS? process technology. It addresses the specific design needs of the 3G/4G Front-End Module Market for use in GSM/EDGE/WCDMA/LTE handsets. The switch is comprised of eight symmetric transmit ports capable of any mode and any band, and two symmetric receive ports. An on-chip CMOS decode logic facilitates four-pin low voltage CMOS control. High ESD tolerance, no blocking capacitor requirements, and on-chip SAW filter over-voltage protection give this switch excellent integration and ruggedness. Peregrine?s HaRP? technology enhancements deliver high linearity and excellent harmonics performance with the economy and integration of conventional CMOS.
