The PE426161 is a HaRP?-enhanced All-TX SP10T RF Switch developed on the UltraCMOS? process technology. This MIPI RFFE compliant switch addresses the specific design needs of the 3G/4G Front-End Module Market for use in GSM/EDGE/WCDMA/LTE handsets. In addition to eight symmetric TX ports, this switch contains two symmetric low-loss TX ports designed specifically for applications which benefit from extremely low insertion loss performance. These ten TX ports give designers the flexibility to freely configure any combination of ports for any mode and any band through the bi-directional 2-wire serial bus control interface. High ESD tolerance, no blocking capacitor requirements, and on-chip SAW filter over-voltage protection give this switch excellent integration and ruggedness.
