The PE426171 is a HaRP?-enhanced All-TX SP12T RF Switch developed on the UltraCMOS? process technology. This MIPI RFFE compliant switch addresses the specific design needs of the 3G/4G Front-End Module Market for use in GSM/EDGE/WCDMA/LTE handsets. The switch incorporates twelve fully symmetric transmit ports that give designers the flexibility to freely configure any combination of ports for any mode and any band through the bi-directional 2-wire serial bus control interface.
