The PE42660 is a highly integrated high-isolation Switch designed for GSM applications, covering a broad frequency range from 100 MHz to 3 GHz. This single-supply SP6T switch integrates a three-pin CMOS control interface. It also provides low insertion loss with excellent low bias requirements while operating on a single 2.75-volt supply.
