The PE42662 is a HaRP?-enhanced SP6T RF Switch developed on the UltraCMOS? process technology. It addresses the specific design needs of the 3G Front-End Module Market for use in GSM/EDGE/WCDMA handsets. The switch is comprised of six transmit ports that can be freely configured as any combination of transmit/receive ports for GSM, EDGE and WCDMA. An on-chip CMOS decode logic facilitates three-pin low voltage CMOS control and low-power standby state. High ESD tolerance of 4000 V at ANT port, no blocking capacitor requirements, and on-chip SAW filter overvoltage protection devices give this switch excellent integration and ruggedness.
