Description
The RTC6617T is a GaAs PHEMT SP3T antenna switch operating in 0.1-3GHz frequency range. The switch can be easily operated by three control voltages between the antenna and Tx / Rx ports. The low loss, high isolation, high linearity features make it ideal to be applied in wireless application for WLAN, Bluetooth® systems operation in the 2.4 – 2.5 GHz bands.
