Fully-protected triple half-bridge driver to control up to three different loads by a microcontroller in high temperature automotive and industrial applications. SOI technology allows junction temperatures of up to 200°C and enables new cost effective board design possibilities to achieve complex mechatronic solutions. Each of the three high-side and three low-side drivers is capable of driving currents up to 1.0A. The enhanced PWM signal generates a smooth control of a DC motor without any noise. Drivers connect internally to form three half-bridges controlled separately from a standard serial data interface to combine loads from bulbs, resistors, capacitors, and inductor. The IC supports the application of H-bridges to drive DC motors.
